- Please check the details of your order thoroughly, especially the address, zip code, telephone number etc. Shipping may be delayed due to a lack of / incorrect shipping details.
- Turnaround starts the next business day following the submission of the complete and correct order and when payment has been received.
- If you pick “graphic help”, your order will be put into production the next business day after you accept the project.
- Production time is counted in business days (so excluding weekends & national holidays in Poland).
- Production time is determined by the product in the cart with the longest turnaround time, for example, if you order prints + ArtBook, the estimated turnaround time will be up to 10 business days and not 7 business days.
- Free Shipping on orders over $750.

- Express Turnaround - up to 7 business days with shipping on 8th day at latest. If available, your order will be subject to a surcharge of 40% of order value + shipping fee. Please note the rush request in the comments when you place your order and triple-check the order details, files and shipping address, then contact support@qtalbums.com with the subject “RUSH REQUEST” to check specific availability for your target date and to get an adjusted invoice for the added service.
