What makes the Heirloom Book different from other albums?
The Heirloom Book is our only non-layflat photo book, designed to highlight individual images per page. Each photograph is treated as a standalone piece of art, encouraging thoughtful viewing without visual clutter.
Can I design photos across two pages?
No. Due to the traditional binding with a visible gutter in the middle, the Heirloom Book is best suited for single-image layouts per page. Designing across a spread will result in image loss in the center.
What kind of photography suits the Heirloom Book best?
This book beautifully complements styles such as:
- Bright and airy
- Light pastel tones
- Film or film-like edits
- De-saturated or low-contrast images
It’s a favorite among photographers who love a soft, timeless aesthetic.
What paper is used inside the Heirloom Book?
We use Pergraphica High White Rough – a premium, uncoated book paper with a lightly textured satin finish.
- Thickness: 150 gsm
- Finish: Tactile, refined, and elegant
- Eco credentials: FSC® certified and environmentally conscious
How many pages can I include?
- Minimum: 40 spreads (80 pages)
- Maximum: 100 spreads (200 pages)
